Carthalis is a personal health companion — a wellness coaching platform that helps you build a health picture from conversation, lab uploads, validated surveys, and manual logs, with optional wearable data when you choose. As you share what you add, you explore 130+ educational wellness scores and get a daily coaching plan with follow-through tasks and coach check-ins. Wearables are welcome but never required to start.
